හිතවත් දෙමාපියනි,
පවතින අයහපත් වාතාවරණය නිසා අප හට ඔබගේ දරුවාගේ තුන්වෙනි වාරයේ අධ්‍යාපන කටයුතු විද්‍යුත් මාධ්‍ය හරහා පවත්වන්නට සිදු විය.
ඒ අනුව, එම ක්‍රියාවලිය තුල ඔබගේ දරුවා ග්‍රහණය කරගත් ප්‍රමාණය මැන බැලීම සඳහා තුන්වන වාර අවසාන ඇගයීමක් දෙසැම්බර් 21 දින සිට 24 වන දින දක්වා පැවැත්වීමට කටයුතු සූදානම් කර ඇති බව දැනුම් දෙමි.
දෙසැම්බර් 25 වනදා සිට ජනවාරි 11 වන දින දක්වා, දරුවන්ට කෙටි නිවාඩු කාලයක් ලබා දීමට ද, කටයුතු කරන බව දන්වන්නට කැමැත්තෙමි.
අධ්‍යාපන අමාත්‍යංශය විසින් ඉදිරි සති කිහිපය තුල ගන්නා තීරණ අනුව ඉහත සඳහන් දින වකවානු වෙනස් විය හැකි බව කරුණාවෙන් සලකන්න.

Dear Parents,
As you know, due to the current adverse conditions, we were compelled to conduct your child's third term lessons online.
Accordingly, I wish to inform you that we have made arrangements to conduct a third term final evaluation test from 21st- 24th December.
I wish to also inform you that we would like give a short holiday to the children from 25th December 2020 to 11th January 2021.
Please note that the above dates may change according to the decisions taken by the Ministry of Education in the coming weeks.
